good day po. my friend's mother-in-law borrowed money (30k) from him last year and promised to pay him after 6 months, but after 6 months my friend already emailed her mother-in-law to follow up the payment. instead of paying his mother-in-law already made alibis that hindi na daw sya magbabayad kasi sya naman daw nagpalaki ng mga anak nila at nagpa-aral sa mga ito and etc. so in short ayaw na nyang magbayad, so how can my friend claim his money back when all he has is email messages between him and his mother-in-law and my friend sent the money to her in mlhullier but under the name of his father-in-law.

can my friend still get his money back even his evidence are just emails and a receipt from mlhullier?

pls advice po.
