Arresto Menor

may nagsangla sa friend ko ng lupa. since kakilala niya, wala sila contract. tinubos niya yung nakasanglang lupa so since siya yung nagtubos, sa kanya nb agad yun? kc nung kukunin na niya yung title, hindi binibigay dahil need pa daw magbayad another payment para mapunta sa knya ng buo. ngulat siya kc hindi naman gnun usapan nila dati. so gusto na niya bawiin yung bayad niya, possible pa kaya yun? ano maaaring gawin?
