Hello! Is it possible to invent and file a case against someone although he hasn't been in the country for many years and is actually no longer Filipino citizen? ie; falsification of public documents although it has been corrected and filed an affidavit and was authenticated and stamped long time ago but they have the old documents and treatening to use it against him! My friend's brother and sister are doing their best to get back at my friend so they gathered old documents to incriminate him!
