Hello po, want to consult about my father's birth cert.he got two birth cert one original with his father's lastname but registered later in life with his mothers lastname, now he wants to get passport .the passport will not be issue coz of double birth cert, they advice to cancel the ist birth cert that need filing in court in davao del sur .how long will it take to have it file and foreard to nso.thank you
