Good afternoon po. Meron po akong nasapak na tao at kinasuhan po ako ng Less Serious Physical Injury. Nakatanggap po ako ng sulat mula sa prosecutors office na resolution na po at ifile na daw sa korte. May nakapagsabi po sa akin na dapat po ay kopya daw po muna ng sinumpaang salaysay ang matanggap ko before yung resolution para daw makagawa ako ng counter affidavit. Ano po ba talaga ang proseso ukol dito? At maiconsider po bang Less Serious Physical Injury kung bruise lang po sa left cheek ang tinamo nung complainant? Maraming salamat po.

did he supply a medico legal certificate, if it's 10-30 days healing time then it will be less serious

yes sir, i went to the prosecutors office at yun nga daw pong medico legal ang pinagbasehan. nurse po ako at may idea po ako sa healing ng bruises lalo po sa kanya na light bruise lang. within a week nga lang po eh hindi na evident yung pasa nya. pwede ko ho bang icontest yung medico legal kung sakali? para po mapababa sa slight physical injury lang? alam ko pong mali magdraw ng conclusion without solid evidence pero kasi po doktor sa public hospital ang tita nya at naiisip ko po kasi na they did some things at hindi po tama yung healing time na nilagay nung nagexamine.
