mga attorney help naman po kasi need po namin ng legal advice ano po ba ang mga dapat namin malaman na batas kapag ganitong may kalamidad tiga marikina po ako at nagtratrabaho sa call center.. as we all know bahang baha na dito samin pero ni rerequire parin kaming pumasok sana matulungan nyo kami

Not to hijack the thread...

If the employee failed to report for work (last Tuesday), her supervisor was duly notified, then later that day, Malacanang declared it non-working due to heavy rain, will she still be considered absent?
