how ca i eject the heirs of my uncle in our land whom my father consented to build their house in that land but he already demand them to vacate the premises when he still alive. untill now they are still using the said land. what can be my remedy since they are using it for how many years. i already demand them to vacate through barangay but to no avail. Sad

First, did you send them a demand letter?

Second, did the barangay issue a certificate to file action?
