I have a pending procedure to take about my delayed registration of birth.
afterwhich i want to file legal separation first (civil marriage) with my husband who has not been supporting us since April 2007.
i do not have much finances to support these procedures i will be taking.
i hope you can advice me of appropriate actions to lessen my expenses and get my goal of freeing from the marriage eventually since its been years na we are abandoned by the father of my 2 kids.
