Breach of contract

i really need help regarding breach of contract.
i was formerly employed in a call center corporation for less than a month. i signed the contract that says i should stay for not less than 4 months without being employed to other call centers or else i have to pay them 20,000php. i did not apply in any other jobs when i became employed in that call center, in fact, i have made up my mind to stay there for at least 2 years. but after they did the background check, which involves calling my previous bosses, one of my previous boss called me offering a position which is in line with the course i took in college, and so i grabbed the opportunity.

what will i do with the case? now the company sent a letter to me

seems like you are referring to a non-compete clause. if the company you are moving to is not a competitor, then you should have no problem

i signed a contract which says that the contract is binding once i sign it. i signed the contract, however, i changed my mind and wants not to push thru with the job. what should i do? please help.

the proper way out is to file a resignation and render a 30 day notice. you can also negotiate an earlier exit

hello po, i need an advise... pumirma po ako ng contract, my boss said under probation ako but in my contract inilagay nila ung span of contrct ko w/ them w/c is 5mos... pero 1week pa lng po nagabiso po ako sa kanila na magreresign po aq dahil magrereview ako for board exam, hindi po nila ako pinayagan dahil wala na po silng time maghanap ng bago, but i told them na baka hindi ko matapos ang five months, and sa tingin ko po ay naunawan nman nila yun.

Nakaka 2mos na po aq, and balak ko na po magresign bukas dahil nga po sa board, magpapasa namn ako ng letter to inform them with my cause, pero nakalagay po sa contract na in case that the employer will suffer damages they will file a case against me. sa pagstay ko nman po sa kanila wla namn po silang binigay sakin ng training and wala namn po aq ituturn-over na work dahil parang reliever lang po aq, kung sakali po ba eh breach of contract po ang hindi pagtapos sa contract??? un kasi ung sinasabi ng isang ka-office ko po, and if ever na hindi po pumayag ang boss ko, and mag-awol po ako, breach of contract na po ba yun??? Please po i need an answer, hindi ko alam ang gagawin, thank you.
