On what grounds should a wife file a case against her husband and the mistress??

Arresto Menor

the husband is workaholic and his mistress was his officemate. sometimes po inuuwi pa nya ung mistress nya para daw sa "work". his housewife knew that her husband was cheating on he but the husband didn't know that she know. she wants to sue her husband and the mistress.. on what grounds should she file a case? pwede rin po bang magfile din ang husband at mistress againts sa wife?? please...... i badly needed an answer po
