Arresto Menor

Good morning po..itatanong ko lang po kung namamana po ba ang utang? namatay po kasi ang nanay ko last march 2012, and ang daing nagsusulputan na tao DAW na pinagkakautangan niya..also sa mga banks and private corporations. Ang problem ko po is wala naman po kaming pambayad. And the other thing is matagal ng hiwalay ang nanay at tatay ko, sa amin lang lagi inaaddress ng nanay ko ang mga sulat or papers na piniprimahan niya. nihindi po namin nakita or nagamit yung pera na inuutang niya.paano po kaya iyon? thanks
