Is it legal for employers to force their employees into using their VL credits? Ang nangyayari ay sila ang nagbibigay ng schedule kung kelan gagamitin ang VL ng mga employees. Pagdating tuloy sa latter part ng taon ay ubos na ang VL, imbes na magamit sa mga mas mahalagang pagkakataon.

What does company policy say? Paano sinasabi sa inyo na dapat gamitin?
