Arresto Menor

my aunt died last sept.15, 2011 and she is a beneficiary of the pension of her husband who died sept. 2, 2001. her only daughter did not inform the sss that her mom passed away and continue claiming her pansion through ATM..a letter from sss came about the annual confirmation of the pensioner...what will happen if she ignore the letter and just wait until the pension is suspended???she badly needed the advise because she's thinking about the penalty if ever...thank you

it's not just penalty, there is also an issue of estafa because she was not entitled to receive the money.

she don't know that she has to inform the sss..she thought that the pension will automatically be stopped. what if she inform the sss now although it is already a very late notice..what does she have to do..help pls..tnx
