Arresto Menor

Meron po nabiling portion ng lupa ang nanay ko sa probinsya sa isang family , meron na po deed of sales & capital gain tax, problema ayaw ibigay ng may ari ang Certified True Copy of Title from Registry of Deeds kasi daw buo daw yun. ano po ang dapat namin gawin? yan lang po ang kulang .

Please advise kung ano ang dapat namin gawin...

ipa rehistro nyo yung deed of sale sa registry of deeds para maitatak sa titulo yung documento pra hindi na nila maibenta pa ulit sa iba yung property.

punta ka sa notaryo publiko doon sa may palengke o sa may munisipyo, doon ka magtanong. ussully, depende yan sa value ng property na ibenenta. kung 100K lang yan, P500-1000 e malamang ayos na sa lawyer yan, depende na rin sa pagintindi niya sa hirap ng buhay.
