The whole land has only 1 Tax declaration and is now selling parts by parts, it doesn't have a Title. Is it possible for me to have my own tax declaration for the partial land i want to buy? What would be the requirements for this? Does the owner need to subdivide the whole land and approve it to the bureau of land?

thanks for the reply atty. You mean deed of partition for the entire land? So its not possible to make a survey for the only particular land that i will buy?

Good day po, hihingi lang po ako ng advice po. tungkol po sa lupa ng aking parents po. More than 35 years na po kami nakatira sa lupa nato at isa itong farmm lot po. nag bayad po kami ng buwis at may tax declaration naman po ang aking parents na nakapangalan po sa kanila. Ang problema po may land title na naka pangalan sa iba,pinuntahan ko po sa provincial assesors po walang history sa pangalan ng may hawak ng title at ang ang records doon name lang sa aking parents. ang tanong ko po pwede ba po ma cancel ang title na yun at paano po ba ang processo. salamat po.

Good atty,

Gusto ko lang po sana isanguni sa inyo ang problema namin sa farm lot namin dito sa Muntinlupa! Almost 20 years na po namin pinaglalaban ang lupa na ito sa isang malaking developer na kinakamkam ito. May PSU number po kami na nakapangaln sa pamilya namin at binabayaran po namin ang tax nito sa Las Pinas. May we know kung pwede po namin itong patituluhan using only our resources which is PSU number and Tax declaration. Nanano na rin po kami sa kaso namin sa Senate pero magulo pa po yung hatol sa supreme court.
