Hi,

My mom executed a deed of assignment of her property solely to me because of hatred for my brother, can my brother contest this in the future? if so, what can be done as to make it na hindi na macocontest.. last will po ba?

if your brother by that deed was effectively disinherited without cause, then he can.

last will is one of your legal options if the cause of your mom's hatred is legally justifiable or one of the valid causes for disinheritance.
