Hello po. Inquire lang po ako. kasi po binenta na po ung company na pinagtatrabahuan po namin ngayon. bali magiging bago na po ung name at may ari ng company. babayaran po ba ung length of stay namin? kasi ang usap usapan po eh babayaran daw ng 50% then probi po ulit kami kaso iba na ung benefits at salary namin pag nagpalit ng SEC number. pero pag hindi raw nagpalit ng SEC number eh retained parin daw po ung benefits at sahod. Ano po ba ung based sa Law natin?

if no new corporation was formed then there was no change of employer and separation pay is not warranted. your security of tenure should continue. either wait for their announcement or make a written inquiry to your hr

Hello po atty. Another inquiry po pala.. Kasi po meron pa po ako existing bond sa company.. Since mababago na po ung name ng company namin dahil binenta na sya, forfeited na po ba ung bond ko or tuloy tuloy parin po sya? Thanks po.

Hello po atty. Our company announced na po na they already sold their share to another company. Mapapalitan na po ung name ng company namin starting october '12 and the new company name is planning to relocate. Pano po un? Masyado na pong malayo sa mga regular employees. Is it legal pag walang bayaran na mangyayari? lalo na po pag new company name na at ililipat narin ung factory? Thanks po. Hoping for your reply.

imo, there is no new corporation, just a change of owners and new name.

from where to where is the transfer? it is within management prerogative to change location.
