Arresto Menor

Hi,

I was terminated due "loss of confidence" being a supervisor due to upload of unauthorized files in my office PC. But I have proof and witnesses that everyone is doing such including people in higher posts, ie IT-people, assistant managers and managers.

Do I have grounds to file complaint for illegal dismissal to NLRC?

it's not just others are doing it, but you have to also prove that management knew about that and was lax.

in any case, you always have a right to question your termination at the nlrc.
