Arresto Menor

may kaibigan po ako and she signed a 2 year contract with 100,000 bond in a company. she's planning to submit a resignation because shes gonna pursue a study out of country. what if she failed to pay the bond, is there any possibility that the company will restrain her? thanks

the company cannot restrain her. look up bonds in the forum for previous discussions.
