dept in dubai , can be imprison in the philippines?

Ask lang po aq ng legal advise,yung husband q po kase ng work po cia ng almost 1 yr sa dubai 2009 po yun.within 6 months po ng working nya dun na released po yung loan nya then after that bigla po nagkaroon ng recession naka sama po yun husband q sa natanggal.nghanap nmn po cia ng ibang work dun,dahil nya po sa pg hina ng dubai wala din cia makita na work,so ng balak na po cia umuwi ng pinas.wala na po cia nakuha pera sa company kc sabi po ng company ifoforward na lang po nila yun sa bank na pinagkakautangan ng mister q.dun na po ng start na tumawag yun collecting agecy sa bahay hanggang pumpunta na cla sa bahay ng biyenan at parents q.pro until now hindi parin po hinaharap ng mister q yung mga tao na naghahanap sa kanya,,sinasabi po lagi na umuwi na po ng cebu.sobra na po aq natatakot sa kanila.pede po ba nila kuhanin yung mga ari arian namin mg asawa khit po sa akin nmn nakapangalan yung mga yun at hindi po sa asawa q?at pede po ba nila ikulong ang asawaq?until now po wala na mapasukan na work yun asawa q.aq nalang po ang ng wowork kaya po sobra na po aq naliligaligan,,sumasakit na ang ulo ko.sana matulungan nyo po aq.thanks po.

i had another question sir,is it possible that they (collector agency) can get some of our asset?,even if it was named on me. my husband is the one who had debt in dubai.he was staying almost 4 yrs in the phillipines.sorry for my bad english:(
