Good evening. I am of legal age and would like to travel somewhere in Asia for a vacation with some friends. Unfortunately, my parents disapprove on this and threatening me that they will request for HDO. I have no criminal record or anything and I just came back from a trip abroad as well. Do you think this will be possible? My family has good positions in government(high official ranks). Is there a way that they can have it issued against me? Im hoping to travel in two weeks, do they still have time to do that if its possible? Thanks and more power.

Have you got a record where you were illegal entry in some part of Asia? if not how can they stop you from going? if you haven't got any criminal record! It's all bollocks! It's not possible! Geez! enough of this too powerful people everyone is so shit scared of their parents, relatives, blackmailers etc! I hate them!

Don't allow people to frighten you easily as I kept advising my friends with, now they are learning to fight for their rights! never live in fear but don't over do it, they may be your parents but if you are legal age they should not intervene. Rolling Eyes

my brother has a pending drug related case, as a user. the case is still on-going for six years now. would he be in the BOI watchlist? what are the probability that he have a hold departure order?
