Hi Atty,

i would like to know the status of the annulment filed by my ex husband May 1997.I was able to get a CENOMAR from NSO and remarried, unfortunately when i requested for a marriage contract it is still the first marriage contract i had back in 1997. How can I update this?

that's really dangerous. if the annulment was not yet final, or worse, denied, you committed bigamy. the best way is to go to the court and inquire
