good evening...
i am in need of legal advice about the incident just happened tonight, we have an event in our school and had dinner.
on my way to the dining area i met an administrator-friend of mine, the admin-friend asked me if i ate already, i sarcastically answered (which i normally do for the past years everytime we play jokes around, colleagues are used seeing us throw sarcastic jokes at each other)may naririning ba kyong nagsasalita?" then the admin-friend went outside and i moved on to my colleagues table and had some chat with them.
i went down to the faculty room to get my toothbrush, when a colleague asked this admin-friend if we could have a ride in the car going home and the admin-friend generoulsy offered her a free ride. i answered "mag-t-tricycle na lang ako" in my casual, normal tone and voice and i moved out to brush my teeth in the washroom, then i heard the admin-friend raising voice and few of what i heard "this is the last time i'll show you courtesy"...."bastos ka"..."bastos yan dapay dyan binabastos din"...then the next thing i know colleagues were trying to stop the admin but went on saying something in a loud voice, until people in the dining area went down to see what was going on donwstairs. i remained calm and composed and finished brushing my teeth.
i felt humiliated and my name was being dragged in the whole community, as many had witnessed the admin-friend bursted anger towards me and slurred.
can i file a complaint against this person?
did i really show disrespect and will i be sanctioned of insubordination because of what i did in the dining area, what about his actuations towards me?
