ask ko lang po if eto yun documents to submit sa bank if you bought a property and will assume the loan???

what else do i need to submit for us to be aknowledge by the bank na kami na mg tuloy ng loan and after we finish the term and paid it kami ang may rights kumuha ng title from the bank??? tnx po

paano po kung hindi rin po nagbabayad yung naka assume tapos yung pinag sang-laan nya ng bahay eh binalikan ang tunay na may ari at pinapirma ng deed of sale
