good day attorney..

worried kasi ako na baka yun nga ang reason kung bakit ako pinapabalik in 10 days.. I am very confident na wala akong na violate na law, aside from that previous AWOL ko since naapektuhan na health ko..

just a YES or NO will do, but better if you explain why.. thanks in advance..

No. Generally, it will only be recorded if a person has committed a crime and the court has issued a warrant of arrest.

Breach of contract is a civil case.
