The amount indicated in the deed of absolute sale is less by half a million against price in the contract to sell and schedule of payments made. Is this normal? Should we sign the deed with lesser amount? Salamat po sa anumang payo na maibibigay nyo.

the price stated in the deed of absolute sale is the basis for computing the taxes that have to be paid before the title can be transferred.
