Arresto Menor

Hello... my case was about the renewal of my Driver's License... I was about to renew my license last April 23 this year... but suddenly the LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE refuse to transact because there was a PENDING ALARM indoresed from DOH which is I understand I am a Positive of Drugs last December 10 2009 because it is not stated clearly in printout. I dont have any idea that I was involved in illegal drugs. The LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE demanded a Php.10,000.oo and certification of rehab to renew my licensed. Pls... help me. From CEBU CITY..
