dear Lawyer,
I paid a Law agency for a credit card company Php20,000 last April 2012 in order to close the account. But I realize lately that its too much and there is no computation of the charges in the closure document that I signed. I was delayed in paying the last three months of credit card bills ((May June July 2011)and as far as I'm concerned its fully paid. Also I requested for a copy of all paymennts I made but until now they have not replied to me since May 2012.
Please advise if I have the right to get from them a computation of all charges in the closure document and copy of all payments I made to the credit card company.
