good pm po, gusto ko lang sana humingi ng tulong kse, yung husband ko na nsa kuwait ay kinasal na pala sa islam at converted na sa muslim at may 2 kids na, pwede ko paba sila kasuhan?may karapatan bko halimbawa na pumunta ako sa kuwait? ako p din ba ang legal wife dun? salamat po

If you are going to file a case for bigamy, it would not prosper. Your husband is already governed by Muslim Code, and under that law, polygamous marriage is allowed, provided you are also given support.

If you are not given support, you have to check on whether or not you have been divorced by your husband because under this law, divorce is allowed.

If you are going to contest that his conversion to Islam is to allow him to have polygamous marriages, the burden of proof is yours.
