Arresto Menor

Namatay na po kasi asawa ko na may naiwang credit card balances. Ngaun po nagpapadala sa kin collection letters ang credit card companies pero sa kanya po naka address. Di po ba considered uncollectible na po un card kse ung account holder e patay na? Thank you po.
