Arresto Menor

Last year of May po kami nag start mangupahan having a Contract of Lease good for 1 year only. Nitong April po, nakabili po kami ng bahay ngunit under construction pa po at matatapos by July. Dahil sa mag eexpire na yung Contract of Lease namin nakiusap ako ng kung pwedi re new lang ng 6 months...I'm asking for 6 months extension only kaso hindi po pumayag yung may ari (sa hindi ko malamang dahilan) dapat daw one year pumayag na lang po ako kasi para matapos ang usapan. Ngayon ko naisip na ang date ng move in namin sa new house ay August 2012 at yung bago kung pinirmahan na contract of lease will end by March 2013....mukhang hindi ko po kakayanin bayaran sabay sabay ang monthly rental, equity at monthly amortization ng new house ko....My question is my right po ba akong hindi tapusin yung contract of lease? Hope to get an answer. Thanks in advance!
