Arresto Menor

I am an owner of an Internet Company ( Small Business ), May isa akong customer na nagpaid for some services/items then mayroon kaming usapang 5-7 days after 4 days magrerefund daw siya and malinaw ko lang na nakasaad sa aming TOS and Private Policy na ang pag rerefund ay aabot ng 30 days at nag agree siya doon, then today nagkalat siya ng mga mali at hindi magagandang komentado sa isang social networking site (Facebook), ano ang maaari kong gawin about dito?
