Hi,

Please advise if what will be the consequences of such actions:

FACT:
As per Employment Contract, we need to serve 60 days after resignation.

Question:
If my notice is less than 60 days but above 30 days. Will that be sufficient or will I be in breach of my employment contract.

Furthermore, my Boss is not signing my resignation letter due to this.

Appreciate the advise on this.

Thanks.
