Arresto Menor

Nakatanggap po ako ng text just today around 4pm. Notification of Criminal and Civil Case filed at QC Fiscals Office by a certain Mr. Rufino Mijares. Binigyan nila ko ng contact no. at 24 hours to coordinate to avoid issuance of subpoena raw.

Pwede po ba na thorugh text lang sila nagnotify? wala rin po ako kilalang Rufino Mijares. Pls. help.

Breach of contract at Estafa nga po ang sabi. Eh wala naman po akong maalala na may pinirmahan ako at lalong niliko sa pera

dapat notice of complaint ang matatanggap mo na hindi galing sa text. wag mo nlang yan isipin. napag tripan kalang

May written complaint po na dumating sa akin, pero sa akin pong palagay ay paraan po ng collections agency iyon.

may fiscal's office po sa may roosevelt avenue? sa tres hermanas building?
