Just a short question. Where and how can i file Presumption of Death? and what would be the process and how long will it take?

get a lawyer, file a petition at a Regional Trial Court who has a Jurisdiction over your residence

that is a summary procedure, it depends upon the case load of the Court, my experience, 10 months to 1 year
