you cannot terminate someone for trying to enforce their rights, even if they are wrong or it embarrasses you.

hi. Pls help me on this problem. My previous employer didnt remit my contributions to sss pag ibig and philhealth for almost 3yrs. Ive talked to them already and we both agreed that they will just turn back the m0ney. But as i follow up, they c0uld just answer me that they have no funds and no m0ney to give. What should i do? Pls help me. Thanks in advance
