Mas malaki ba ang importance ng legitimate children from 1st marriage compared to 2nd/common-law wife when it comes to inheritance? Paano kung meron last will and testament spelling out who will be left with everything?

that is concubinage. pero kung hindi kikibo ang legal wife kahit pa alam niya na may other woman si hubby nya, maaring masabi na consented ni wife ang pagkakaroon ng other woman ni lalaki

Common-law wife or husband my friend simply means two person deporting themselves as husband and wife without marriage, in short "nagsama lang basta sa iisang bubong."
