when my mom past away, my dad remarry. during the second marriage, my dad had a 5 doors apartment built in pampanga. during this marriage, we found out that the lady he married is still married in the philippines. now my dad past away, we would like to know if we can acquire this property even though he remarry? also, can we own this property 100%?

I think the 2nd marriage of your dad is not legal because as you said the one he married is actually not single.

The title is under whose name now? Bka naman nagexecute ng will yung dad mo to transfer the ownership of the property to this lady.
