Good evening!.gusto ko lang po sana mag tanong?nagkaron po ako ng kinakasama,meron po kaming dalwang anak,nagkahiwalay po kami dahil nagkaroon po siya ng ibang lalaki,nagpakasal po sila ng bago nya ngayon at nasa kanya po mga anak namin,pinalitan po nya yung apilido ko na ginagamit ng mga anak namin sa birth certificate ng mga anak namin,ginawa po nyang apilido ng asawa niya ngayon pati po birth day ng mga bata pinalitan niya,ligal po ba ang ginawa nilang iyon?ano po ba ang ligal na hakbang ang pwede ko gawin para apilido ko parin ang gamitin ng mga anak ko?.at ano po ba ang pwede ko ikaso sa kanila kung sakali?.gusto ko po malaman ang mga karapatan ko sa mga anak ko.maraming salamat po!.

It seems that they have made a late registration of birth to do that. What you can do is file a case of falsification of public document and perjury.

atty. is it possible na kahit na nakapag file na kami ng birth certificate ng mga bata after niya manganak pwede parin siya mag pa late registration ligal po ba yun?..and ano po ang mas valid?.ung ginawa nilang berth certificate ngayon or yun pong unang birth certificate na naifile na namin after niya manganak na may signature ko?...maraming salamat po!

That's what they did. Both are considered as official record because there is the presumption of regularity in all official acts. What you could do is question the registration by filing a petition for cancellation of the registration of birth (2nd registration). You would have to prove that the persons in the first registration are the same persons in the late registration. You could also file the criminal cases I mentioned earlier.
