File an Application for Probation before the very same court that rendered the Decision. Remember you have to do this immediately upon receipt of the copy of the Decision, and before the reglementary period to file an appeal or motion for reconsideration expires. Remember also that you cannot anymore avail of the provisions of the Probation Law once an appeal is taken.
