I would like to seek for advise if I can still get a refund on the forfeited payments made on Megaworld Corp. I got a condo unit from them during pre-selling last 2007 and was able to pay only the monthly installments for 3 years ('til 2009). Because of financial problems, I wasn't able to pay them. The project was completed late 2010 and they told me that all the payments made was already forfeited. I just recently learned about the Maceda Law, I was wondering if I can still demand a refund from them? Thank you in advance.
