The father of my three kids will allow us to go
live with him if i sign a document stating
that i will give him full custody of the kids so
that i w0nt be able to bring the kids if i
decide to leave him again. Our kids age are 1, 2 and 7.

Possible ba? Since the law states that illigtimate
children full custody will be given to the m0ther.

If i ask po for financial support how much po ang tama
am0unt since 3 po un anak namin.

As long as the terms and conditions of your agreement/custody paper are not unlawful, contrary to law, norms or morals, and you agreed to it, it will be considered valid. Giving the custody to the father does not violate the aforementioned.

Regarding financial support, it will depend on your and your husband's social and financial status.

if you were to later separate, i would argue that the agreement as to custody by the father will not be upheld but the court.
