Good pm po Atty.
may kaso po ako 8 years ago (2008).
nagserve po sila ng warrant of arrest pero hindi po ako naisama dahil nagrelocate kami.
actually suspect palang po ako dahil walang evidence yung nagrereklamo, nakapending po yung kaso ko.
makikita po ba sa NBI clearance at sa police clearance yun kapag kumuha ako ng clearance? natatakot po kasi ako baka bigla nalang ako hulihin. gusto ko po kasi mag abroad pero natatakot ako sa requirements.

if your name is on the warrant, then yes, probably will appear on your nbi record.
