Paadvice po. Paano kung my deed of sale (assignment of right with assumption of mortgage)na contract. Pabahay po iyan ng PAG-IBIG ito po ang situation : Yung owner na nakapangalan dun sa pabahay ay namatay na po so suppose to be it fullpayment na. ang kaso po yung vendees po hindi updated magbayad so my amount pang naiwan at yung ang penalty. So ang tanong ko po pwede po ba pabayaran nung family nung owner (yung asawa at anak ng namatay) yung simula nung remaining years na hindi sila nagbayad? 25 years ang terms condition nang PAG-IBIG sa bahay and only 8 year lang ang nabayaran nila. and 2 years before mamatay ang owner hindi po tlga sila nagbayad. My right po ba ang asawa at anak ng namatay na pabayaran yung remaing years?

so the onwner is the original vendees?? what is the probe that the assignment was approve by PAG-IBIG?? pls. reply. thanks
