hi ako po si cristina ang problema ko po ay tuwing kukuha ako ng birth certicate sa NSO, laging negative result. Ipinanganak ako sa Marbel Koronadal South Cotabato. Gusto ko po ako dito kumuha dahil mahal pamasahe pauwi at may work po ako dito sa Manila. Ano po ang gagawin ko at mga dapat ihandang requirements?

inquire about late registration. look it up also at their website
