(Online English teachers of Koreans). I have
worked in a Korean company for almost 2
years. Turning 2 years in May 2012 to be
exact. One night, my korean boss
approached me and talked to me about
how he hasn't profited from me for having a
very few students. He told me to better find
another job. His reason is insufficient and
not acceptable to fire me. First of all, It's not
my fault that I only have few students
because they are the ones who do
marketing and they are supposed to give
me students. Second of all, My contract will
expire this July 2012, so he has no right to
fire me immediately. Lastly, I've always
complied with the rules and regulations of
our company. What are the actions should I
do? My boss wants to fire me at once and I
truly need some help regarding this matter. Thank You.
