compel to pay for undelivered goods

1. Can a seller compel a buyer to pay for goods that were not delivered nor received by by the buyer even if there was a contract signed?

2. In the same situation mentioned above, can the seller demand and compel payment for said undelivered goods hold the buyer in violation of the contract if the buyer has not been able to give payment within 3 days after agreeing to the said contract? The 3-day limit is also mentioned in the contract.

3. Can the seller then post the buyer's name, a picture of the buyer's seven year old daughter, and a picture of the buyer's husband and label them as "Fraudulent Buyer"?

Addendum:

4. The Facebook post mentioned in #3 was publicized for 3 days on seller's Facebook account. It was removed by seller when threats of litigation from buyer's friends were received by the seller. A private apology was made.

Still, can the buyer press charges if she wishes? Screenshots of the seller's Facebook account has been saved by the buyer for reference.

Shouldn't a public apology by seller also be made?

1) yes, through court action if there is refusal, or an action for damages

2) yes

3) no, that's libel

4) yes, you can still file. no, public apology is not required.

1. What if the buyer asked the seller to cancel the order but the seller refused to cancel?
