uhhm... my case po kasi against me and my partner ngaun its libel... nagpost po kasi ako ng mga degrading words with her picture against dun sa ex gf ng partner ko. then nagfile siya ng case against us. she's asking for a public apology through facebook.. and we agree but she's also asking na kausapin nmin personally at isa isahin ang mga kamag anak niya to apologize at bawiin lhat ng degrading words na naka post... do we reaaly need to apologize personally and one by one..?

i really need an advice.

Criminal case na po bang matatawag (libel or defamation) ang pagpopost ng offending status sa social networking site (specifically Facebook) kung wala namang pangalan na nabanggit? Nagalit po kasi ung dating friend ko sa akin kaya kung anu-anu ang sinasabi nya para siraan ako. Pakiramdam ko po ay ako lang naman talaga ang tinutukoy niya. Gusto ko pong mag-file ng case sa kanya.
