parent,principal and teacher problem

hello po.. teacher po ako sa private school.. may reklamo po kasi yung isang parent dun sa grade po ng anak niya.. hindi daw po kasi niya matanggap na second lang ang anak niya.. pinagbibintangan po niya ako at sinabihan ng masasamang salita sa harap nf co techers ko.. Ang masama pa po, ung principal namin ang nag uutos na ireklamo po ako ng parent.. ano po angg gagawin ko? meron po bang pwedeng case na i file sa parent at sa principal.. thanks po..

Lahat naman yan pwedeng ayusin sa mahinahon na usapan....talk to them first..be transparent.show them the records of the pupil..test papers and scores..recitations and the likes...the principal is under the obligation to conduct an investigation on the matter.at dapat mapagsabihan din ang parent involve to stop defaming you in the school where you work..Ikaw na ang mag initiate ng conference with the principal...baka dito malinawan ang issue na ito. lastly kung may records ka na magpapatibay na pang second place alaga ang anak nya i think titigil din yan.

taking this matter to litigation will be too hasty!upuan at pagusapan muna!
