Hello po

question po I am planning to file an immediate resignation and my new employment is with a competitor. can you please give me your advice as to how will I proceed in the event hindi po ako payagan?

hope to hear from you soon as I am about to resign and join the company come April.

is there a non-competition clause in your contract? if you resign without a 30 day notice, the company can seek damages against you.

no I do not have a non competition clause in my contract.

Am i right in understanding that it would be ok to file an immediate resignation and join the company (competitor) come April?

if they do not allow me to immediately resign would be ok to file a terminal leave and join the company (competitor) during those days?

sorry, i meant "without". so you have to give notice 30 days prior. leave is based on the discretion of the company
